EARLY CHILDHOOD FAMILY EDUCATION

ONE PLUS ONE (3 1/2 years-Kindergarten)
Two Days A Week !
Take advantage of this opportunity. Day one is a parent/
child day where parents attend class with their child and
participate in a variety of activities. Parents also have a
time to meet together with a parent educator to share joys,
challenges and issues concerning raising a preschooler.
Day two is a day when children attend class without their
parents and enjoy fun learning activities that encourage
their independence and stimulate their physical, intellectu-
al, and social develop-
ment. On Mondays/

Children at this age enjoy learning and exploring
with their peers. Opportunities to grow and experi-
ment will be provided through numerous learning
centers. This group has the longest separation
time when parents discuss “big-kid” topics like re-
spect and responsibility.
