EARLY CHILDHOOD FAMILY EDUCATION

ONE PLUS ONE CLASS (3 1/2 Yrs-Kindergarten)
Meets two days a week
Take advantage of this two-day-per-week opportunity.
Day one is a parent/child day where parents attend class
with their child and participate in a variety of learning ac-
tivities. Parents also have a time to meet together with a
parent educator to share joys/concerns and discuss is-
sues concerning raising a preschooler. Day two is a day
when children attend class without their parents and enjoy
fun learning activities that encourage their independence
and stimulate their physical, intellectual and social devel-
opment. On Mondays/Tuesdays children and parents at-
tend together. On Wednesdays/
Thursdays children come alone. Chil-
dren must be toilet trained to attend.
Preference will be given to children PARENT - CHILD CENTER
not attending another preschool.
13/14 Week Session EARLY CHILDHOOD PROGRAMS

Jan. 30 and Feb.1, 10:45 am-12:15 pm learning activities together.
14/13 Week Session
#W1400 Begins Tuesday/Thursday, ♥ Provide information and support for all parents.

Jan. 31 and Feb.2, 1:00-2:30 pm ♥ Allow parents to share joys and concerns of parenting.
Fee: $81 per session (27 classes)
♥ Give children time to interact with peers.
Sibling Care: $1 per class per family (available only on
Monday and Tuesday) ♥ Enrich family life.

♥ Help parents develop informed, realistic attitudes and
expectations about raising children.

Friday, January 20, 6:00-8:00 pm
WHERE: West Elementary Gym
WHO: Families with children birth thru kindergarten
FEE: $5 per family per night
No advance registration needed.

Do you have children who need to use their extra
energy? These special times at the West Elemen-
tary Gym let kids run, jump, play with hoops, balls,
parachutes, tunnels, and lots more. Part of the ex-
citement will include the bounce house and door JOY, JOY, JOY In a Mom’s Day!
prizes! Come and enjoy energetic evenings with
your family! Join us for an energetic discussion on how to create and/
or keep the “joy juice” of play in our everydays!!
Childcare and morning munchies are provided
