Masonic West River Campground & City Shelter Reservations
Available Online!

January 3, 2017—All shelter and campsite reservations will be available online and at the PRCE office starting at 9AM.

Instructions to Register Online:

1. Visit http://hutchinsonprce.maxgalaxy.net/Home.aspx.

2. Click Create Account in the upper right hand corner of the screen to set up your online account. If
you will be signing your children up for programs, be sure to add them to your account.

3. Once your account is set up and you are logged in, click Campground or Facilities Tab..

4. Choose your facilities and/or dates.

5. Click Reserve.

6. Click Add to Cart. You can add additional registrations/reservations before checking out if you
wish.

PARK SYSTEM TRAIL LOOPS GET OUT AND GET ACTIVE!

AFS Park Gravel 0.45 miles Hutchinson boasts of the second oldest platted park
Drift Riders Park Gravel 0.25 miles system in the nation. There are 37 parks in the city of
Linden Park* Paved 0.40 miles Hutchinson and have you visited them all? Take an after-
Miller Woods Park* Wood chip 0.50 miles noon or evening and walk or bike to a nearby park. Bring
Oddfellows Park* Gravel 0.40 miles the kids to the neighborhood playground, even if there is
Roberts Park* Gravel 0.30 miles snow. Check out the 9-hole Frisbee Golf course at South
Rotary Park* Paved 0.45 miles Park; it is open all year round! Whichever activity you
West River Park* Paved 0.90 miles choose, just get out and get active!

Linden Park is the only loop that is cleared of snow
during the winter months. Rest of park trails remain
snow covered, but can be used for snowshoeing or cross
country skiing. Snow shoes are available to try out with
your family, friends or groups. They can be picked up
from the PRCE office Monday-Friday from 9:00 am—
3:00 pm. Please call ahead for reservations:

The Depot/Farmers Market Building
25 Adams St SE
This is the same location as the Hutchinson Farmer’s market
pavilion. The rental space is heated in the winter months and seats
approximately 40 people. The space is ideal for smaller parties and
meetings. Facility includes 6 standard plastic tables and 30 chairs.

(Depot is not available during Farmers Market dates.)
Rental rate is $10 per hour with a 4 hour minimum.
Extra tables and chairs may be rented for an additional fee.
