INTRODUCTION TO HAPKIDO
This class is an introduction to the Korean Art of Self Defense. Bu Sah Bu Nim Corey has a 4th
degree Blackbelt in Hapkido and will get you started learning the Arts powerful kicks, strikes,
escapes, chokes, pressure points, throws, jointlocks, and meditation. You will be amazed by
how easy it can be to stop an attacker. This is a fun, hands-on course. Wear something
comfortable.
