            TIGER POWER HS (7-12) STRENGTH &
                   CONDITIONING PROGRAM
         This  program  will  teach  all  students/athletes  the  tools
         needed  to  improve  sport  specific  athletic  performance
         and prevent injuries.  The program will address range of
         motion, strength, power, speed, agility, coordination  and
         stabilization  of  the  total  body.  Participants  will  gain
         knowledge  in the areas of strength, speed,  agility,  nutri-
         tion and mental toughness needed to excel in athletics as
         well as in life.  The following times are listed  by TEAM.
         Please note if your team time does not work, accommo-
         dations  will  be  made  to  attend  another  session.    Again
         this  year,  the  Strength  Coaching  staff  will  offer  speed,
         agility and vertical jumping training included in each of the
         sessions. We offer individualized sports specific workouts
         that will benefit athletes in all sports listed below.

                                                       TEAM SPIRIT
         A variety of activities related to movement and exercise with an emphasis placed on teamwork and participation.  Stu-
         dents will be placed on two teams.  Team placement will change from time to time so that students learn how to work
         with different individuals in different activities and environments.  The rules and expectations of an activity will be intro-
         duced before participation begins.  Activities will change from day to day.  Activities may include indoor soccer, team
         handball, softball, kickball, sideline basketball, battle ball, dodge ball, trench ball, lightning and frisbee football.
