TIGER POWER HS (Gr. 9-12) STRENGTH & CONDITIONING PROGRAM
We will be offering 9-12 high school boys and girls strength and conditioning. Due to capacity and social distancing
rules, we will not be offering middle school 6-8 boys or girls strength and conditioning this year. However, if the 119 HS
spots do not fill up, we will offer it to 8th graders first. We will run 3 80 minute sessions of 39 student athletes maxi-
mum per session broken into 8 pods of 5. The same student athletes must stay together, no mixing pods or sessions.
Student athletes need to wear a t-shirt with no cut offs or tank tops. Student athletes are asked to wear sweatbands
and or bandanas to keep sweat out of their eyes so no touching of your face. Student athletes need to bring their own
water bottles with no use of drinking fountain except filling of water bottles. Student athletes will not have access to
locker rooms but will have access to the restrooms in the High School Commons.
Student athletes are asked to bring their own hand sanitizer. Student athletes need to wait to enter the weight room
until the previous group is dismissed to allow for sanitizing and cleaning and then enter through the weight room doors
by the tennis complex/training room. Students athletes should complete CDC self-check prior to each session includ-
ing checking for fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, head-
