AQUATICS

LIFEGUARD TRAINING COURSE
The American Red Cross Lifeguard Training course is a top
notch training class for those desiring to be lifeguards. Par-
ticipants must be 15 years old before completion of this
course. Participants must have completed the following
swimming pre-requisites:
1) 500 yard continuous swim including 100 yard each of
front crawl, sidestroke, and breaststroke;
2) Submerge to 7 feet, retrieve a 10 pound object;
3) Tread water for 2 minutes, legs only.
Fee includes required mask.
