Educational Assistants: Amy Kirchhoff choose “parks and rec online registration”. Then
choose “activity registration” and search under
“ECFE”.
♥ If you are new to the registration system, you will
need to create an account FIRST. Please enter
parent(s) name(s) first, then add dependents after-
ward.
♥ Upon registering, please register the child, not the
parent(s), for classes.

♥ Register by phone: 320.587.2975 (Mon-Fri 9:00-
4:00 pm)

♥ Register In person : Hutchinson PRCE
900 Harrington St SW, Hutchinson

♥ Please make checks payable to PRCE. All class
fees are due upon registration.
♥ Refunds: A $5 cancelation will be applied for re-
fund requests. If class is canceled, a full refund
will be processed.

♥ All classes are held at the ECFE Building

♥ To Download ECFE class forms, please go to the
district website: www.isd423.org. Click on the
Early Learning tab and then on the ECFE tab.
Forms to download are located at the top of the
ECFE page. Please complete the forms and bring
them to your first day of class.

ECFE offers a variety of class options for families. A sliding fee
scale encourages families of all incomes to participate in early
learning classes. Fees help cover the costs for each class. NO
FAMILY WILL BE TURNED AWAY DUE TO INABILITY TO
