INDOOR SOCCER Grades Pre-3 BURICH ARENA

Hutchinson has a great indoor facility for soccer! The ice arena has artificial turf for use after the ice goes out for the
season. This allows the game to be played in a less cluttered environment with more space for players and fans. The
activity meets once a week so you won’t have to spend time juggling schedules to fit this in. This program offers a lot of
fun and excitement as the ball is permitted to bounce off the boards of the arena without stopping play. Players will
learn basic soccer skills but the goal of the program is to maximize participation. All games are played inside the Burich
Arena. The length of each meeting will be one hour (45 minutes for pre-school).
Fee: $35 ($5 off if registered by March 7th!) (schedules will be e-mailed in advance- no games during Spring Break)

Parent volunteer coaches are needed. Coaches do not need a background
in soccer, only a desire to help the kids have a positive experience. The
game is easy to play and we need parents to supervise play and rotate the
players. Parent coaches will have their child’s fee waived and may simply
call in to register their child. Coaches are required by law to go through a
brief concussion training online at:
