YOUTH ACTIVITIES
YOUTH FLAG FOOTBALL Grades 1-4
This program is a great way to play football in a fun, safe,
and encouraging environment. Parent coaches will in-
struct the players in a brief practice, followed by an hour
game. Players will be provided a belt with two Velcro
flags. The ball carrier is “tackled” when one of their flags
is removed by a player on the other team.

YOUTH TACKLE FOOTBALL Grades 5-6
Participants will learn to play the “real” game of football.
Parent coaches will instruct the basic skills of tackling,
blocking, and play formations. Emphasis is placed on
equal participation, teamwork, and sportsmanship. The
league is divided into two weight divisions. Players
MUST be weighed at the time of registration. Teams
will meet on Monday and Thursday with a couple excep-
tions. Players will receive a jersey, helmet, and shoulder
pads, but must provide their own football pants, mouth
guard, and supporter. Football pants and mouth guards
are available for sale on equipment pick up night.
