#20100 $30 for a packet of 10 Early morning risers who would enjoy a great aerobic
workout that is individualized and self-paced, this class is
for you! For those new to the class, the exercises will be
taught and explained each day. You can set goals and
workout to accomplish those goals. The instructor will
monitor and guide your progress each day and challenge
you to new levels. You choose the length of your workout
within the dates/times listed. Workout equipment is pro-
vided for class and includes: noodles, aquatic dumbbells,
water weights (milk jugs), jogging belts and kick boards.
Discount tickets do not apply for this class.
